## Required

- 15+ years in customer success, service delivery, or partner management in a senior people leadership role
- Proven delivery of high-touch support to mid-market or enterprise customers
- Track record building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience leading organizational transformation
- Ability to develop business cases and connect partner outcomes to revenue

## Nice to have

- Prior experience in accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or financial services
- MBA or focus in Accounting/Finance
- Experience leading large, scaled teams
