- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, or quantitative field, or high school diploma plus four years relevant experience
- Five years experience in Finance, Commercial, Revenue Management, Loyalty, Analytics, Consulting, or related quantitative role
- Two years writing complex SQL queries including Snowflake
- Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, or business-case development experience
- Strong analytical skills evaluating datasets and identifying business drivers
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work with people at different organizational levels
- Manage recurring processes while supporting strategic analysis
- Available for occasional overnight travel
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States; not eligible for visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, or quantitative field
- Advanced SQL, Python, Tableau, or data visualization experience
