## Required

- 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash at a SaaS company
- Deep knowledge of the quote-to-cash cycle from pricing through billing
- Ability to build process from scratch without a playbook
- Sound judgment on deal speed versus control tradeoffs
- Clear communication across Account Executives, Finance, and customers
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools

## Nice to have

- Experience with usage-based billing
- Experience with multi-currency deals
- Experience with CPQ
