## Required

- 8+ years as an engineer shipping products with downstream business impact
- 2+ years managing people, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management
- Strong technical background in system design and architecture
- Product-oriented mindset translating business goals into engineering roadmaps
- Balance speed with quality in shipping and execution
- Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and design
- Strong sense of ownership for team outcomes and system health

## Nice to have

- Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools
- Background with highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms
- Track record improving engineering velocity through tooling and processes
- Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users
- Successful collaboration across product, marketing, and customer support teams on adoption and retention
