## Required

- 5+ years environmental testing in aerospace, defense, electronics, or high-reliability hardware
- Independent execution of acceptance testing (ATP) and environmental test procedures
- Strong understanding of vibration, shock, and thermal testing operations
- Experience configuring and operating thermal chambers, vibration systems, and data acquisition equipment
- Ability to interpret test procedures, engineering drawings, and schematics
- Experience exporting, organizing, and communicating test data to engineering teams
- Troubleshooting skills in fast-paced development environments
- Excellent communication and attention to detail with accurate documentation practices

## Nice to have

- Engineering degree
- Experience supporting aerospace flight hardware qualification testing programs
- Familiarity with environmental test standards (SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540, DO-160)
- Experience in both development and production-rate environmental testing
- Experience with test scheduling systems, MES/ERP systems, or digital test documentation workflows
