This role suits experienced developer support specialists comfortable with SQL and Linux who want to work a permanent weekend shift covering EMEA timezones.

## Required

- 3+ years of customer support experience with technical/developer customers
- Proficient in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Skilled with Linux/Unix and command line
- Experience with GitHub Issues and Discussions
- Available for Friday–Monday weekend shifts covering 08:00–18:00 UTC

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with React, Vue, Svelte, or Node.js
- Database administration experience
- Computer Science degree
- Experience reproducing issues and writing test cases
