- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline

- Demonstrated experience designing, building, modifying, or testing mechanical hardware
- Experience with 3D CAD software
- Ability to read and create engineering drawings
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing environments
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

## Nice to have

- Experience taking a design from concept through CAD, fabrication, assembly, and testing
- Personal or academic project demonstrating mechanical aptitude
- Machining, welding, sheet metal, or additive manufacturing experience
- Rocketry, Formula SAE, robotics, UAV, or motorsports project experience
- GD&T or tolerance analysis knowledge
- Mechanical or electromechanical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA specifically
- Experience collaborating with technicians, machinists, or manufacturing teams
