- Master's degree in electrical engineering with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
- Experience designing, analyzing, integrating, and testing custom electronics
- Proficiency with electrical design software and simulation tools
- Ability to conduct circuit analysis and simulation for performance and optimization
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Understanding of space qualification standards and requirements
- Experience designing custom electronics for space products
- Experience with electrical stress analysis and worst-case circuit analysis
- Experience producing PCB layouts
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
- Knowledge of relevant IPC standards
- Experience developing and conducting testing of complex electronic assemblies
- Experience deriving sub-assembly requirements from system-level specifications
- Experience developing design and verification documentation
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
