## Required

- 15+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years in senior-level platform or infrastructure architecture roles
- Experience establishing engineering standards for high-scale, low-latency distributed backend systems
- Proven success building and scaling internal platforms used by software engineering teams
- Deep hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, observability, developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience integrating AI/ML into testing workflows
- Experience with test automation platforms like Momentic, Mabl, Postman, Appium, or Playwright
- Track record building quality frameworks in high-scale SaaS, streaming, or digital media environments
- Success transforming manual QA culture into dev-owned quality model
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and influence

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting high concurrency live environments such as sports streaming
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, test orchestration, and test data management platforms
