## Required

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field
- 9+ years of progressive FP&A experience with focus on bookings, ARR, and revenue
- Deep experience with SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on Snowflake experience including complex queries
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Expert-level Excel proficiency
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives or board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
