## Required

- 5+ years in product management for AV-over-IP, networking devices, or management platforms
- Shipped products in technically complex, UX-sensitive AV markets
- Strong technical writing for PRDs, user stories, MRDs, and business cases
- Technical fluency in AV protocols, multicast, QoS, PTP, ST2110, device integration, and orchestration
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence across Engineering, QA, and Marketing
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

## Nice to have

- Experience at a leading AV-over-IP company
- Background in network engineering, systems engineering, or UX for AV ecosystems
- MBA, CCNA, or CCNP certification
