## Required

- 3+ years hands-on planning experience at CPG brands
- Direct experience in both demand planning and supply planning
- Experience in make-to-stock environments
- Strong understanding of how sales, TPM, demand and supply plans interconnect
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and planning systems
- Excited by ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Willing to work at NYC headquarters 5 days a week

## Nice to have

- Prior software implementation experience
- Experience using planning software
