## Required

- BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science
- Scripting in Python, VBA, or equivalent language
- Statistical methods knowledge
- Change Point Management experience
- Structure problem-solving methodology (8D, 7-step, etc.)
- Ability to work in cleanroom environment with PPE
- Ability to discern audible alarms
- Ability to work 24/7 manufacturing shifts

## Nice to have

- Understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles
- Data analysis software experience (Spotfire, JMP, Matlab)
- 3.0 GPA or better (for new graduates)
