- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
- Full staffing lifecycle experience including hiring, performance management, and termination
- Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to access all DC areas including mezzanine platforms
- Ability to read, interpret and update policies and procedures
