- Commercial modelling including opportunity sizing, forecasting, and business-case development
- Hands-on analytical capability with SQL or similar BI tools and spreadsheet modelling
- Hypothesis-driven problem-solving and ability to work with incomplete information
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodology
- Deep e-commerce knowledge including storefronts, merchandising, acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchase
- Ability to translate strategy into execution, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience leading business readiness and change for digital capabilities or commercial models

## Nice to have

- Consultancy experience in transactional e-commerce, digital storefronts, D2C, technology, games, or entertainment
