- Track record partnering with sales on pipeline and account expansion

- Global program leadership across multiple regions
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
- Rigor in pipeline attribution and measurement
- Ability to translate product positioning into field programs
- Experience adapting programs across enterprise, mid-market, and startup segments

## Nice to have

- 8+ years B2B marketing experience with cybersecurity focus at a vendor or enterprise tech company
