## Required

- 2+ years desktop support, help desk, or customer support experience

- Understanding of networking fundamentals including OSI model, TCP/IP, and firewalls
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Physical capability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and work in data center environments

## Nice to have

- Microsoft, CompTIA, or VMware certifications
- Experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Experience with Cisco Meraki network infrastructure
- Support experience with macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field
