- Hands-on background with large-scale data processing and analytics
- Understanding of data architecture patterns, distributed systems, and cloud-native design
- Experience with architecture governance and design reviews
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices
