- Minimum 9 years of experience in design, integration, and test of electrical systems
- U.S. Person as defined by export control regulations

## Nice to have

- Minimum 14 years of experience in electrical systems design, integration, and test
- Technical design experience in aviation and aerospace
- RF measurement expertise including intermodulation distortion and phase noise
- Experience with electronics lab instrumentation
- Product configuration management experience
- High frequency RF, digital, power, and analog test systems knowledge
- Engineering project leadership experience
- Leading teams of technicians in troubleshooting
- Ability to read aircraft wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and MESci
- Physical ability to lift equipment up to 35 lbs
