## Required

- JD from accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of legal experience with at least 2 years in commercial/transactional work
- Working knowledge of B2B SaaS agreements including MSAs, SaaS terms, and data processing agreements
- Ability to manage high volume of concurrent contract negotiations with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy frameworks
- Strong relationship-building skills with sales leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

## Nice to have

- In-house SaaS legal experience
- Experience with AI-powered contract review and workflow tools
- Familiarity with HR tech, recruiting, or workforce software
- Experience with AI/ML contract terms and emerging AI regulations
