- Production application support experience with troubleshooting failed jobs
- Ability to read logs and analyze error messages
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of payment or data file formats

## Nice to have

- Experience with Treasury Management Systems or payment platforms (ION/Reval, Bottomline, SWIFT, FSI Track)
- Dashboard and job monitoring tool experience
- User provisioning and access review experience
- SOX controls and compliance knowledge
