## Required

- 4+ years in post-sales enablement
- Built enablement systems from scratch at a scaled SaaS company
- Demonstrated track record moving business metrics through enablement
- Enabled technical teams on product fluency and configuration
- Fluent with LLMs and automation tooling to build assets and scale output
- Comfortable shipping in ambiguous conditions and iterating continuously

## Nice to have

- Hands-on implementation or solutions engineering background
- Experience enabling teams through upmarket transition to enterprise
- Knowledge of EHR/PMS workflows and health system software deployment
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
- Formal teaching, instructional design, or technical training background
