- Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience

- Three years authoring tool experience (Storyline, Captivate, or equivalents)
- Ability to design instructional content for complex technical topics
- Experience building self-paced learning materials for external audiences and customers
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts with minimal guidance
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

## Nice to have

- Background in adult education
- Experience in a high-growth tech company
- Skilljar LMS administration experience
- Technical certifications in front-end development, UX, digital marketing, or web analytics
- Portfolio of graphic, web, or UX/UI design work
- Portfolio of instructional videos, motion graphics, interactive courseware, and digital learning content
