- 8+ years in product operations, technical program management, or release management in SaaS
- Direct management experience with teams, ideally TPMs or QA
- Strong product sense from technical program management background
- Proven track record building or maturing a product operations function
- Experience owning release or delivery strategy at scale
- Challenger mindset that brings structure without bureaucracy
- Deep AI fluency and comfort with agentic workflows
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional facilitation skills
- Bias for action in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
