## Required

- 10+ years network engineering or data center deployment experience
- 4+ years managing engineers or engineering managers in large-scale infrastructure
- Track record building and scaling technical teams
- Ability to own delivery across concurrent multi-site projects with executive reporting
- Solid technical grounding in physical layer standards and leaf-spine fabric design
- Working understanding of Python, Ansible, ZTP, and CI/CD patterns
- Experience setting and enforcing vendor SLAs at scale
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent hyperscale/ISP experience

## Nice to have

- Experience managing managers or team leads
- Experience with RDMA/RoCE protocols and optics standards
- Deep expertise in network automation and infrastructure tooling
