- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting experience in software and/or hardware engineering
- LinkedIn Recruiter and talent platform sourcing proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Authorization to work in the USA
