## Required

- Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
- Comfortable hosting crowds of 100+ people over a microphone
- Saturday and Sunday availability plus 2 weekdays
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift at least 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to East Rutherford, NJ and Manhattan
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Team environment collaboration

## Nice to have

- Prior event activation or promotion experience
