## Required

- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 4+ years leading recruiting leaders or managers in high-growth tech
- Demonstrated success building and scaling recruiting org through hypergrowth or major expansion
- Strong track record advising executive leadership on hiring and workforce planning strategy
- Deep fluency in recruiting data and metrics
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing technology
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to build and lead multi-layered recruiting teams in fast-moving environments

## Nice to have

- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, manufacturing, or data center organizations
- Experience partnering with People Analytics or Talent Intelligence functions
- History of building org-wide enablement programs or recruiting playbooks
