## Required

- 3+ years in endpoint management, IT operations, or device support
- Hands-on administration of Okta SSO
- Experience administering UEM tooling across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux
- Endpoint security knowledge including EDR, disk encryption, and patch management
- Jira Service Management support delivery experience
- Identity and access management knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Based in North America with availability for Eastern or Central time zone core hours

## Nice to have

- SaaS or technology company environment experience
- AI tool experience or AI-assisted automation experience
- Scripting experience in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Remote-first support experience
