## Required

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, tax planning, and internal controls
- Experience managing finance and accounting teams in multi-entity or manufacturing environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- ERP systems experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA certification
- NetSuite experience
- Experience with Shopify, 3PL, DataLake, Azure, or Power BI
- Background in consumer products, retail, or omni-channel businesses
