- Forklift operator license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of shipping and receiving practices
- Ability to manage multiple shifts and up to 30+ employees

## Nice to have

- Bilingual English and Spanish skills
- Freezer or cooler warehouse experience
- Production and warehouse experience
- Excel proficiency
- Post-secondary coursework, AA, or BS in a related field
