## Required

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- 5+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ECC cost accounting experience
- Knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, overhead allocation, and manufacturing variance analysis
- Experience with SAP cost objects, cost centers, activity types, and process orders
- Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Essbase, or Smart View experience
- Understanding of month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Experience supporting SAP process improvements or finance transformation

## Nice to have

- CPA, CMA, MBA, or advanced degree
- GMP manufacturing environment experience
- SAP Material Ledger and actual costing experience
- Experience with annual standard cost cycles or site launches
- Experience partnering with IT or SAP teams on configuration and implementation
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
