## Required

- 12+ years of progressive healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare ecosystems and commercial dynamics
- Ability to lead cross-functionally without direct authority
- Experience designing and scaling operating model improvements with measurable ROI
- Knowledge of U.S. access and reimbursement dynamics

## Nice to have

- MBA
- Breadth of experience across healthcare commercial disciplines (marketing, market access, strategy, business development, management consulting)
- Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in healthcare
- Familiarity with EHR ecosystems and digital health tools
- Experience with healthcare consulting
