- Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and problem-solving techniques including feasibility studies and validation testing
- Lead individuals or project teams to achieve milestones

- Work in production environments during trials
- Execute on deliverables independently and with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work hands-on to solve equipment and mechanical issues
