## Required

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 to 4 years harness fabrication experience
- Operating test equipment for harness checkouts
- Working with epoxy and potting connectors
- J-Std 001 certification
- Understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes
- Reading wire harness schematics and assembly drawings
- Quality assurance experience
- Excellent visual acuity and color distinction
- U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident

## Nice to have

- IPC-610 certification
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification
- NASA STD 8739.4 certification
