## Required

- 7+ years in customer or fan data analytics
- Experience translating ambiguous business questions into scoped analytical work
- Experience leading or partnering with distributed or offshore teams
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Working knowledge of ML frameworks and GenAI/LLM tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Understanding of data management principles, including identity resolution and marketing consent
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data stack (AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks)
- Confident communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
