## Required

- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for service and sales
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week on peak days (Fri/Sat/Sun/holidays) or mixed peak and non-peak days
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Must wear Rothy's shoes during shifts and follow dress code

## Nice to have

- Deep product knowledge of shoe fit and sizing
- Strong clienteling practices
