- 7+ years product management experience
- Significant experience with marketplace, platform, or multi-sided products
- Startup founder, founding PM, or early-stage operator who built 0→1 products
- Operated at Senior, Staff, or Principal level
- Shipped products that drove measurable business outcomes
- Passionate about wellness, longevity, and preventive health
- Clear writer and communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid pace
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

## Nice to have

- Direct experience in health, wellness, longevity, or consumer health
- Understanding of regulatory, trust, and compliance dynamics in healthcare
- Experience building or scaling a marketplace through cold-start and network effects
- Experience building AI-native products
- Technical depth: can read code, write SQL, or prototype in no-code/low-code tools
