## Required

- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent education and experience
- 5–8 years of quality engineering experience
- Proficiency in DMAIC, FMEA, PPAP, Statistical Process Control, Gage R&R Studies, and lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102 standards and audit procedures
- Understanding of dimensional inspection and ASME Y14.5 GD&T
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Experience reducing DPPM and improving on-time delivery
- U.S. person status (U.S. citizen, green card holder, asylee, or refugee)

## Nice to have

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with internal and external process gap resolution
