## Required

- Eligible for CJIS clearance with U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status
- 5+ years of Kubernetes experience managing clusters with thousands of nodes
- Prometheus experience
- Thanos experience
- Alertmanager experience
- Golang experience
- Large-scale, business-critical Linux environments
- Experience operating in AWS, GCP, and OCI
- Experience operating in custom data centers
- Ability to manage on-call shifts

## Nice to have

- Experience writing Kubernetes operators
- Experience working effectively with local and remote teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence, independence, and judgment about when to seek help
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or Engineering
