- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- CNC, grinding, polishing, or laser processing exposure
- Equipment installation and upgrade experience
- GMP and quality system familiarity
- Root cause troubleshooting methods (5 Whys, cause-and-effect)
- Collaborative problem-solving with operators and engineers
- Fabrication or repair skills (machining, welding, rebuilding)
