## Required

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or STEM field
- Minimum 3 years quality engineering experience in fast-paced manufacturing
- Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, production, and test teams
- In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and complex assembly practices
- Working knowledge of PLM, MES, ERP, and QMS software
- Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with process development and first-time quality initiatives

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, SPC, and PPV methodologies
- New product introduction experience with hardware systems
- Familiarity with high-volume inspection and data-driven acceptance methods
- Understanding of AS9100/ISO9001 applications for aerospace
- Demonstrated ability to define and own processes from scratch
