## Required

- Education in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related field
- 10+ years of experience in food commercialization, food manufacturing or QSR innovation
- Demonstrated success leading commercialization projects from concept through launch
- Culinary foundation with understanding of ingredient functionality and product development
- Experience working in commercial kitchen, culinary lab or food innovation environment
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across internal functions, franchises and suppliers
- Familiarity with recipe development, product prototyping and culinary testing methods
- Understanding of food manufacturing or large-scale foodservice operations
- Direct experience working with food manufacturers, co-packers and ingredient suppliers at scale
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel up to 40% in some periods
- 5 days per week onsite work

- Spanish, French, German or Portuguese language skills
