- Experience translating market shifts into multi-quarter product strategies

- Proven ability to lead in complex, matrixed organizations
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering on technical tradeoffs

## Nice to have

- Experience with multi-surface or platform product strategies (embedded/API-based, partner-enabled, ecosystem-driven)
- Experience with point of sale, retail, or vertical SaaS
- Understanding of payments and APIs
- MBA or advanced degree
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
