## Required

- 2–4 years of social media, content creation, or editorial experience
- Hands-on short-form video concepting, shooting and editing
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube platform mechanics
- Strong visual storytelling and social-first narrative skills
- Ability to write engaging captions, hooks and short-form copy
- Experience with social editing and creative tools
- Understanding of social trends and creator culture
- Organized management of multiple content requests and publishing deadlines
- Cross-functional collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Consumer, lifestyle, retail, creator economy, media, fashion, beauty or technology brand experience
- TikTok Reels, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts creation
