## Required

- 2+ years aerospace mechanical or related field experience
- Experience in fast-paced production with flight hardware and critical operations
- Fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
- Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
- Setup and operation of hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools and measuring devices
- Physical capability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, navigate uneven terrain, crouch/bend/squat, kneel, and reach overhead

## Nice to have

- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- Electromechanical build proficiency
- Familiarity with propulsion systems and components
