## Required

- 12+ years progressive engineering leadership in facilities, manufacturing, or operations engineering
- Built and scaled engineering organizations across multiple sites
- Strong cleanroom and controlled environment experience including HVAC and electrical systems
- Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering background
- Managed large-scale capital programs ($100M+) for facility builds and infrastructure
- Foundational knowledge of GMP, USP, quality systems, and inspection-ready operations
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, compounding, medical devices, biotechnology, or similarly regulated environment
- Led external engineering firms, contractors, and architects on complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical field

## Nice to have

- Direct sterile manufacturing, aseptic processing, or 503A/503B compounding experience
- Designed, commissioned, or qualified cleanrooms and regulated facility systems
- Experience with automation, controls, robotics, and high-throughput manufacturing systems
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous-improvement certification
- Advanced degree
