## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- 12–15 years of program management experience
- Experience leading teams on advanced technical development or systems-of-systems programs
- Track record managing multiple concurrent programs
- Experience with firm fixed-price programs and risk management
- Knowledge of Project Management methods and tools
- Ability to interface with internal teams and government/commercial customers
- Knowledge of export licenses for military products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in technical field
- PMI or equivalent certification
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- Experience managing to Earned Value
- Courageous and collaborative leadership style
