- Deep knowledge of celebrity news, reality television, and pop culture
- Editing quickly while maintaining editorial judgment and attention to detail under tight deadlines

- Ability to generate and pitch fresh video concepts daily
- Collaboration with producers, technical directors, and editorial teams
