- 8+ years of applied or industrial statistics experience in R&D or product/process development
- 2+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated talent development
- Strong track record of influencing in matrixed organizations
- Hands-on expertise in Design of Experiments and applied modeling
- Proficiency with JMP and/or Minitab plus R or Python
- Currently authorized to work in the United States

## Nice to have

- Ph.D. in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or food manufacturing
- Experience designing or analyzing sensory or consumer studies
- Experience building reusable templates, automated workflows, or lightweight tools and dashboards
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
